• Product Image with Bill: Take a clear image of the product along with the bill or invoice. Ensure the product and bill details are clearly visible.

4. Approval: Once your return request and supporting materials are received and reviewed, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

5. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the bank account you provide within 7-10 business days.
