What is the shipping and order handling time?
Orders at Luxeorna are usually processed within 15 business days. Some products, such as pre-orders and Jewellery may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

How do international duties and taxes work?
Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you're asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to care@luxeorna.co.
What payment options are available on Luxeorna?
Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI and PayPal.
Can I cancel my international order?
Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return your jewellery within 28 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging, and invoice to the below address:
